Every Ambi House garment is thoughtfully designed and, unless otherwise stated, made to order.

While we make every effort to display colours, fabrics and product details accurately, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.

Minor variations in embroidery, print placement, handcrafted details and fabric texture are a natural part of the production process and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify product specifications or limit product quantities without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Ambi House accepts prepaid orders only.

• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.

• We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by payment service providers.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, stock or production issues, or any misuse of our services.

If your order is cancelled by Ambi House, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Made-to-order outfits are generally dispatched within 7–12 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

Ambi House is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect contact details

• Courier delays

• Delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As each outfit is stitched specifically for the customer, returns and exchanges are accepted only under limited circumstances.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected while placing the order

• Change of mind

• Personal fit preferences

• Colour variations due to screen settings

Returns, exchanges or refunds are only considered for:

• Damaged products

• Incorrect products

• Wrong size delivered by Ambi House

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video submitted within 48 hours of delivery is mandatory for any return, exchange or refund request.

8. Order Cancellation

Since every order is made to order, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun.

Ambi House reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, production constraints, stock availability or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the full payment will be refunded.
