Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Every Ambi House outfit is made to order and stitched specifically for you. We request you to carefully review the product details, measurements and size chart before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • An incorrect size selected while placing the order

  • Fit preferences or minor fitting differences

  • A change of mind

  • Dislike of the colour, style, fabric or design after delivery

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery

A return or exchange will only be considered if:

  • You have received a damaged or defective product

  • You have received an incorrect product

  • The size delivered is different from the size mentioned in your order confirmation

Unboxing Video Requirement

To report a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the issue with the product is mandatory.

Without an unboxing video, we will unfortunately be unable to approve a return, exchange or refund request.

Please ensure that:

  • The video begins before the package is opened

  • The shipping label is clearly visible

  • The complete product and the reported issue are visible

  • The video is not edited, paused or cut

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the item must be returned to us in its original condition, with all tags, packaging and accessories intact.

The product must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Free from stains, perfume, makeup marks or damage

  • Returned in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return, exchange or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided when an approved damaged, defective or incorrect item cannot be replaced or exchanged.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the error was made by Ambi House.

Cancellations

As every Ambi House outfit is made to order, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and sent for production.

Ambi House reserves the right to cancel an order in case of an inventory issue, production limitation, incorrect pricing or any circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling the order. In such cases, the complete amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Colour and Handcrafted Variations

Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and photography. Minor variations in colour, print placement, embroidery, lace or handcrafted details are not considered defects.
